1. How would you describe the relationship between your wellness practices and personal style?

For me, wellness and personal style come down to intention and adaptability. When I feel good on the inside, I’m more in tune with wanting to dress well, and when I feel confident in what I’m wearing, I’m more motivated to take care of myself. That mindset shapes both my wellness practices and my personal style. Because my career allows me the opportunity to travel often for work, I’ve designed my routines to move with me, whether that’s long walks with a podcast or an at-home Pilates routine that I love and can do from anywhere. My personal style mirrors that same approach. I gravitate toward timeless, well-fitted pieces that feel effortless, comfortable, and versatile - pieces that can transition throughout my day, whether I’m working from home, in meetings, or meeting friends for dinner after work. When I feel aligned on the inside, I want to show up intentionally on the outside.

2. What is a piece or pieces in your wardrobe that instantly brings your back to yourself?

I’ve always been drawn to creativity, and fashion has been such an outlet for me to express myself. I grew up with a mom who loved fashion, and being around that from a young age made getting dressed feel less like a task and more like a creative outlet. Over time, that naturally evolved into a personal uniform I always come back to, something that makes me feel the most like myself. A crisp white tee, a well-tailored black trouser, and a ballet flat or loafer. It’s chic, effortless, and timeless. I love building a capsule wardrobe around strong foundations and then having fun with accessories, because they truly can transform any outfit. Whether it’s a cool jacket, a statement bag, layered jewelry, or swapping a flat for a heel, those small changes can shift the entire look. This past year, I've been obsessed with anything animal print and adding a snakeskin or cheetah bag to your look instantly elevates any outfit. For me, style is about looking your best without compromising comfort, choosing pieces that are easy to wear, build confidence, and truly last in your wardrobe over time. Oh and a sunny, you’ll rarely catch me without sunglasses on (even inside). If you don't have your perfect go-to pair of sunnies that you wear on rotation, you need to find a pair this year.

3. What rituals are non-negotiable for you? What are little things you do throughout the day to stay balanced?

Long walks are one of my non-negotiable, especially a seawall or beach walk. I try to do a long one 3-4 times a week, and it’s one of the fastest ways for me to calm my nervous system, reduce anxiety, and reset mentally. It’s also when I feel the most creative and when my best ideas come to me. Pilates is another constant, I love a good at-home pilates routine that helps me feel in tune with myself. On a smaller, more personal level, I’ve really come to love journaling as a creative outlet, and I also keep voice notes to myself, almost like a verbal diary. Every few weeks or once a month, I’ll record where I’m at in my life, what is uncertain, my stresses, goals, etc… and I love being able to revisit those moments later and see where I am at or how things worked out. It feels reflective and therapeutic in its own way. Mornings also matter to me, starting the day with hot lemon water, chia seeds, and collagen has become a ritual I genuinely look forward to. And honestly, Pinterest is part of my wellness routine too. It’s where I visualize, manifest, and creatively map out what I want more of in my life.
