Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept your purchased item for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Initial shipping charges and taxes will not be refunded. 

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with original tags still attached. Merchandise that has been washed, altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not follow these guidelines. 

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased with a discount code at checkout are eligible for store credit only. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your request. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages [unless shipping protection was purchased at checkout]

 

How do I return an item

To start a new return, Please contact us at Support@deniselarochelle.com with subject RETURN and ORDER #. Once your return begins processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon your item being received please allow 5-7 business days in order for the credit of your returned item to be refunded back to your original payment method. 

 

How do I exchange an item

To start an exchange, please contact us at Support@deniselarochelle.com with subject EXCHANGE and ORDER #. Once your exchange begins processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon your item being received please allow 2-3 business days for a new item to be shipped out.
