Shipping

Denise Larochelle ships orders from Monday-Friday and charges a flat shipping fee of $10.00. Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to package and process prior to shipment. Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you.

As of right now, Denise Larochelle ships to the United States of America and Canada.

Delivery

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number and shipping label to update. Delivery times are provided based on destination and do not take into account possible delays. Delivery times vary based on geographical location. Estimated delivery takes 5-6 business days for all USA orders, and 5-9 business days for all Canadian orders.

Taxes and Duties

Orders will arrive free of duties to the United States of America and Canada.

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of the shipping courrier.
