1. How would you describe the relationship between your wellness practices and personal style?

Fashion and getting dressed has always been such a big part of how I express myself. When the outfit feels right, it does the talking for me - It’s all in the outfit. I don’t need to be super done up or perfectly makeup’d; that’s never really been my thing. I’ve always leaned into natural beauty and an effortless kind of confidence.

Getting dressed feels like a little daily ritual of care. I reach for pieces that are comfortable but still make me feel put-together and ready to take on the day.

That same energy carries into how I approach wellness. Just like I care about what I wear, I care about what I put into my body. Both make me feel grounded, confident, and like I’m operating at my best. For me, it’s all about feeling good from the inside out.

2. What is a piece or pieces in your wardrobe that instantly brings your back to yourself?

If you bump into me, I’m probably wearing a simple T-shirt - the ultimate comfort piece that always feels like me. I’m constantly chasing the perfect pant to go with it: something flattering but not too tight, elevated yet easy enough to wear with slip-ons. I haven’t found the one, so I decided to make it for DL (coming soon).

Understandably, I run a matching set company - so when the pieces match, I feel the most complete. Getting dressed becomes effortless. It doesn’t need to be complicated.

3. What rituals are non-negotiable for you? What are little things you do throughout the day to stay balanced?

Movement is essential for me - It always has been. More recently, over the past couple of years I’ve developed a deep appreciation for Pilates. I love the emphasis it places on breathwork, flow, and connecting with my body.

A solid, non-negotiable morning routine. Including hydrating, a smoothie (currently on rotation: wild blueberries, organic cherries, protein powder, and flax), coffee (mold-free beans, organic canned coconut milk, and local raw unpasteurized honey), and my vitamins (Probiotic, NAC, Liposomal Glutathione, Magnesium, Quercetin). It’s my favourite time of the day and I love to romanticize an intentional start.

Lastly, ice rolling or plunging my face in ice water. I’ve found it to help reduce stress and anxiety - making me feel more awake and clear-headed. These practices, paired with a podcast during my morning commute, keep me feeling grounded and balanced.
