1. How would you describe the relationship between your wellness practices and personal style?

For me, the two have always been intertwined. My wellness rituals inform how I show up, not just how I feel, but how I want to feel in what I wear. I naturally gravitate toward simplicity and easy pieces that are easy to throw on, move with me throughout the entire day, feel lived-in but intentional.

The same care I put into my wellness practices also applies to my wardrobe. I reach for quality fabrics, timeless silhouettes, and textures like cotton and cashmere that feel good on the skin. My approach to style, much like wellness, has become more about refining rather than adding.

I’m a huge believer that clothing is an extension of your energy and the right outfit can really make you feel confident and in alignment.

2. What is a piece or pieces in your wardrobe that instantly brings your back to yourself?

A cozy wrap cardigan or cashmere sweater. Both are such versatile pieces that can take you from lounging at home to dinner with the same ease. It doesn’t matter the season, there’s something about the comfort that instantly grounds me.

3. What rituals are non-negotiable for you? What are little things you do throughout the day to stay balanced?

Breathwork and meditation in the morning, always. I’m not a sit-still meditator, mine involves big breaths, movement, and a little humming. It resets everything. Lymphatic drainage in the evenings for the best sleep. Speaking of… Sleep is sacred and so is my daily movement with Melissa Wood Health. These are all simple anchors that I come back to again and again.
