1. How would you describe the relationship between your wellness practices and personal style?
My personal style is really an extension of how I want to feel in my body: calm, clear, comfortable confident. The same intention that guides my wellness practices (like movement, time offline, or nourishing routines) shows up in the way I dress: natural fibres, soft structure, timeless silhouettes. Realistically during the week I’m running from workouts to drop off to a walk with a friend, so it’s often built around leggings with a more intentional top and chic jacket. Ultimately, I’m drawn to pieces that allow me to move through motherhood, work, and daily life, ready for whatever it will bring.
2. What is a piece or pieces in your wardrobe that instantly brings your back to yourself?
A well-made knit, a soft robe at the start of the day, sneakers or flats, or an oversized coat thrown over simple layers—anything that feels understated but considered. These are the pieces that make me feel most like myself, whether I’m at home with my kids or heading into a meeting.
3. What rituals are non-negotiable for you? What are little things you do throughout the day to stay balanced?
Daily movement (usually Pilates and a walk), a quiet coffee before the house wakes up, and getting outside whenever I can—even for ten minutes. Those small anchors help me stay present, creative, and connected to what matters most: my health, loved ones and creativity. I also love a glass of Italian or French wine at the end of the week and absolutely believe that falls under wellness :) off to have one right now!
