Where Fashion and Feeling Good Meet, Wallis Sugg
Wallis is a brand and creative consultant based in Los Angeles with one non-negotiable: good taste. It’s her north star and business model — in her work, how she shows up in the world, her interiors, everything. Wallis has spent eight years in fashion, a few of them in New York, before moving to LA in pursuit of a slower, more creative life. She helps brands scale revenue through social and influencer strategy. When Wallis is not doing that, you’ll find her baking bread or scouring the farmer’s market for the best produce.

How would you describe the relationship between your wellness practices and personal style?
My wellness practices and personal style converge at the same place: feeling good. I need things to work, whether that’s an outfit or a morning routine, and I’m always keeping it simple and intentional. My rituals and my closet are filled with things I genuinely love coming back to again and again. Nothing extreme, nothing overcomplicated. And just like I’d never wear something that didn’t feel good on my body, I’d never stick with a wellness practice that felt like a chore. Whether it’s what I’m putting on my body or how I’m spending my mornings, if it doesn’t feel good, it doesn’t make the cut.
What pieces in your wardrobe instantly bring you back to yourself?
My favorite outfits always come back to ease — no surprise there. I’ve collected some beautiful linen pieces over the years, and there’s nothing I love more than an all-white moment, a sundress or vintage jeans and a tee. Also, a great bathing suit is non-negotiable. I’m a beach person through and through, and I’m a complete sucker for a Hunza G one-piece swimsuit.
What wellness rituals are non-negotiable for you?
Daily movement is non-negotiable — at this point it’s just life. Being outside is everything to me, and honestly a big part of why I moved to California. Every morning I do a two-mile walk around my neighborhood, just listening to the birds. It sounds simple, but it’s extremely therapeutic. Beyond that, eight hours of sleep is sacred. I’m in bed before 10, even on weekends, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
